    This opportunity will see you joining a well-known and large retailer as their new in-house Graphic Designer.

    Their current model sees them outsourcing design to a range of agency partners and they are not eager to bring this in-house.

    Reporting to the Marketing Director and working with the wider marketing team this role will see you working on a variation of design whilst also overseeing their Design Agency.

    They offer Hybrid working from home 2 days per week and have their head office based in Enfield.
    This role is best suited to a Middle Weight Designer. The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £45,000.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns that aligns with brand guidelines.
    Ensure consistency in design across various platforms, including online and print materials.
    Create eye-catching graphics for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and other online channels.
    Design promotional materials, packaging, and signage for physical stores.

    Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design attractive and informative packaging and work with external agencies to complete this,Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters for promotional events and campaigns.

    Generate visually appealing content for advertisements both online and offline.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to ensure cohesive design integration.
    Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
    Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a retailProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
