    Belmond is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team.

    As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture. You will be a strategic thinker, able to identify and implement HR best practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
    • Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and development
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
    • HR certification is a plus
