- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and development
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- HR certification is a plus
