Description

What we offer

We offer a nurturing and collaborative working culture that is caring and protecting of our people, within an environment where they can learn and flourish.

In addition to a competitive remuneration package, we offer a range of flexible benefits and flexible hours of work. We have clearly defined career pathways which empower you to manage your own development. We have a number of colleague-led collaborative working groups which help shape our strategy.

The role
This opportunity will be working within our International Outsourced Accounting department.

Our specialist services are designed to support the back office accounting and management reporting functions of a wide range of international business as they expand.

This allows our clients to invest their resources where they are needed most on building new markets while we look after the accounting.

As a Financial Administrator, your primary task will be managing clients' administrative matters to include coding and posting invoices and expenses claims; co-ordinating the collation of information; responding to day-to-day queries; preparing payment runs; maintaining supplier details; managing receivables ledgers and other such matters.

You will also aid the Management Accountants with collation and posting of accounting records, accurate and timely filing of financial information and the resolution of any review points raised as part of our quality control process along with monitoring the purchase ledger and sales ledger on an on-going basis and deal with issues before they become significant.

You will have experience working within a finance team. Exposure to an outsourcing practice and to the essential elements of client service are desirable but not essential.

Ideally you will also be able to speak German fluently or at business level to be considered for this opportunity.

An accountancy qualification or working towards one such as an ATT/AAT/CIMA is desirable but not essential for this role. Personal coaching will also be available as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications tailored to your own individual aspirations.

A note from the Hiring Manager:

  • "This is an opportunity to work with a great group of people and some fantastic clients in a varied and challenging role. "_
