The role:


This role is part of the Early Help Support Team which comprises of a team of Partnership Link Workers, parenting leads, two data officers and a team manager.

This role is pivotal in supporting the Early Help division, you will work alongside our partner agencies and support them to offer Early Help Support through assisting partners to work with the whole family by completing Early Help Assessments and Team around the family meetings.


You will model, facilitate and support partners to coordinate the Early Help processes to ensure that families receive the right support at the right time, to prevent any escalation of risk and to ensure that agencies are working together to support the needs of the family.


You will also be involved in delivering bespoke Early Help training to partners where needed and identified, and support the early help support inbox.

The Partnership Link workers currently work with several partner agencies including Health, Education, Housing, Warrington Youth Zone, Early Years.

There are plans to extend this offer to community and voluntary organisations too.


Within this role you will receive extensive training, informal and formal supervision and be part of a nurturing, systemic environment.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
