Reporting into a senior global Head of HR and working in an established HR team this role offers the chance to really shine in a truly operational Business Partner role to support the site operations leadership team.

THE ROLE:

The HR Business Partner role will work closely supporting the site senior leadership team driving HR Best Practice and delivering a truly efficient HR service that fits the business.

The HR Business Partner will work across all areas of HR from performancemanagement, employee relations, workforce planning, resourcing, HR policies and procedures, staff development, talent management, absence management, health + wellbeing.

This is a true operational HR generalist role where HR will work closely with senior siteManagers offering support and advice with real business understanding of the site expectations.

THE CANDIDATE:
The HR Business Partner with either be CIPD 5 qualified or working towards level 7
Previous experience at HRB level working in a manufacturing or FMCG unionised environment.

Strong business acumen, excellent ability to prioritise work, portray confidence, capability, credibility and be an active member of the site operational leadership team.

Excellent employment law knowledge is essential and employee relations experience
Excellent communication and a strong team player, 'the right attitude is key'
Someone who is not afraid of positive change and motivated to lead on HR projects
Union exposure is essential
Good HR system and IT skills

A real 'get up and go' attitude and someone who can show that they achieve goals and meet objections within timeframes.
