OVERVIEW:

This a new and exciting opportunity for a customer service / sales coordinator to join a local, growing manufacturing company based in Hull.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be dealing with existing customers, processing order requirements, handling deliveryqueries and up selling where you can.

This role not only lets you manage your own workload but offers future development.

THE ROLE:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be managing the company's key client base
Ensuring customer relationships are developed and serviced
Forging and developing relationships with new customers to help drive the overall growth of the company
Responding to customer queries
Working closely with the client to anticipate future order requirements
Meeting customers face to face to enhance and develop relationships
Working closely with the team to ensure company development is achieved
Upselling where you can, ensuring the client knows about all of the products available

THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants must have a strong work ethic and the ability to problem solve
Understand the importance of the customers' needs
Able to maintain strong customer relationships
Enjoy meeting customers face to face
You will have the ability to build strong working customer relationships
Able to work and manage a team
Have a passion for sales and want to build a future career in this area
