Storage Engineer vacancy

• Remote working*The successful candidate must be eligible and willing to go through security clearance to SC level due to the nature of this role*We are currently searching for a storage engineer to join a team on an exciting security cleared project.

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team of project engineers. The role will require a flexible working ethic and a pragmatic approach to IT support. Work to ITIL best practice.
Implement standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
Proactively look for risks and problems and make sure they get fixed.
Assist to build compliance with process and policies.
Implementation of storage array OS and firmware upgradesChange Management and Implementation within an Enterprise Environment.

You quickly adapt and are comfortable with working on multiple projects at a time, as part of a team or alone.

Upgrade, implement, monitor policies, and procedures to ensure steady storage provisioning, protection of data, and adherence to compliance.
Provide support and training to various engineers where required.
Diagnose and remove performance issues.
