  • Salary: £ £27000 per annumREF: Our client, a highly successful organisation in the Software industry is looking for a bright individual with 1 years + experience working in a customer support/technical support role to join their rapidly growing team. The role offers an extensive range of company benefits, including flexible and hybrid working, bonus and much more.


You will be responsible for the operational support tasks which underpin the software to ensure client accounts work in a manner which meets their objectives.

Working in a fast-paced company, you'll need the ability to learn quickly and have the self-motivation and determination it takes to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the maintenance tasks associated with account excellence
  • Resource scheduling to support scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Highlight and help to resolve deviations from scope related to maintenance tasks
  • Liaising with leads from other departments to ensure maintenance queries are resolved
  • Assist with maintenance status tracking and reporting
  • Action small change requests via ACE which do not require resource planning
  • Produce timing plans in conjunction with resourcing managers and other key stakeholders
  • Validate accuracy of customer accounts and ensure existing quality checks are followed
  • Recommend and introduce process improvements

Key Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, problemsolving and prioritisation skills
  • Prior experience at a technology / software company a plus
