Hunter Gatherer AHP have a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to join an NHS Hospital in the heart of central London This is a long term locum opportunity based with a reputable NHS Trust in London, on a long term locum contract

This opportunity is also open to Pharmacists with community experience who have not previously worked in a hospital before and newly-qualified Pharmacists This is a excellent chance for a pharmacist to progress within their skill set within a renowned hospitaltrust.

The role will based in the Outpatient department wards and duties will involve screening of prescriptions and dispensing, offering advice on dosages and side effects of drug interaction, and maintainig detailed records of all medications processed.

The workingpattern will be 10am - 6pm (30 mins lunch break) Monday - Friday. For the right applicant, part - time working may be considered

The position is available to start immediately, from February 2023 The role will be a contract length of 6 months or longer with opportunity to extend Pay rate is dependent on banding and skill set.


- Locum Pharmacist - NHS Hospital service

- Band 6 for newly-qualified Pharmacists or no prior hospital experience (£22 - £26 hourly rate via Umbrella)

- Potential for £30 hourly rate dependent on experience

- No previous hospital experience is required, so community pharmacists and newly-registered pharmacists are welcomed to apply

- Start date: ASAP, February 2023:

  • GPHC Registration required**:
  • Based in the heart of Central London*
  • Duration: 6 months minimum
  • Full time or part time hours (3,4 or 5 days per week)
