Description

The project:
mixed use commercial refurbishment including offices and a retail unit.

The role:
Handyperson/ Multi Trade Operative

Initially assisting with site set up including: setting up site office; protection works; and assisting with soft strip.

As the project progresses duties will cover the spectrum of the Handyman duties from building temporary structure to assisting with the snagging list.

This position will be suitable for a flexible team worker who is happy to 'muck in' when required and commit for the duration of the project.

Start date:
immediate

Basic shift: 8am to 5pm

Duration: 3 months

Nearest Station:
Goodge Street (underground)

CSCS required & own basic tools required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour
