Junior Customer Support Advisor
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Arranging bookings at our service centres
- Liaising with various departments across the business
- Acting as first point of contact for all post sale queries
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Exceptional Telephone Manner
- Organised and Punctual
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Previous experience in the Motor trade
- Mechanical knowledge
- Mon-Fri 8am5.30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am12:45pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 44.5 per week

Education:
