Job title:
Junior Customer Support Advisor


Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Arranging bookings at our service centres
  • Liaising with various departments across the business
  • Acting as first point of contact for all post sale queries
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Exceptional Telephone Manner
  • Organised and Punctual
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Previous experience in the Motor trade
  • Mechanical knowledge
Working Hours

  • Mon-Fri 8am5.30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am12:45pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 44.5 per week
