Our core services are health economics, systematic literature review and network meta-analysis, global market access and pricing, UK NHS Insights, HTA support and customer communication.


The role
Managing Analysts and Consultants, and working alongside Directors to provide leadership and delivery of engagements in a range of therapeutic areas and a breadth of deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Global Value Dossier development
  • Payer Value Proposition development
  • Objection handler development
  • Value demonstration strategy development
We also value any skills or experience within the following areas:

  • Health technology assessment
  • Market access strategy development
  • Pricing research and strategy development
  • Other strategic market access engagements
  • Local customer communication tools (e.g. iPad apps)
  • Leading most aspects of the project, including the intellectual design, timeline planning, and ongoing project organisation
  • Driving the strategic direction/shaping of speciality deliverables to ensure these are 'fit for purpose' and meet client objectives
  • Formal project management and strategic oversight of projects will be a key part of the role
  • Adhering to internal and client quality control measures and taking personal responsibility for the quality of project deliverables
  • Effectively managing the input of support/junior project team contributors in project deliverables, if required
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the team in project delivery and domain knowledge, as well as in the dissemination of skills and knowledge on
- and off-projects, and formal training

  • Contributing to or leading business development activities such as:
  • Researching and writing proposals
  • Presenting at pitches
  • Developing accounts from ongoing client work
  • Managing client accounts and ongoing relationships
  • Establishing and developing lasting relationships with clients
  • Contribute to functional team responsibilities, including the development of best practice and standards, development of training resources and facilitation of training sessions, and recruitment into the team
  • Line management would be expected if opportunities exist

Requirements:


  • Essential_
  • Degree level educated or equivalent qualifications
  • Up to date knowledge of Global market access and healthcare systems in key markets
  • High level of integrity with a strong understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Capable of working in a changing and fastpaced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive attitude with an ability to find effective solutions to issues
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • A high work ethic with a cando attitude towards management of priorities
