What you'll be doingYou will be joining one of the best eCommerce agencies in the UK, who have continuously won national awards for their work since their inception 20 years ago. Whilst my client is clearly very good at what they do, they firmly believe that people are the mostimportant part of their business, so they've worked hard to ensure a fun, friendly and progressive culture is in place. What does this mean for you? Well as Project Manager, you'll be working closely with a team of other Project and Account Managers on a varietyof eCommerce web design and build projects ensuring client satisfaction is always apparent. Whilst projects are mainly B2C, you'll enjoy variety of size, scope, budget, complexity and stakeholders.

From day one you will benefit from unwavering support from the Delivery Director and Client Services Director who both have been with the agency for a combined 15 years+.

This means support and guidance without micromanagement, and weekly/monthly reviews toensure you are on track to achieve your next promotion within the agency.

You will play a key role in determining your own objectives and goals, and you will have access to achieving additional certifications and qualifications, 100% paid for by the agency.

There is a very low turnover of staff here, even through Covid times they continued to thrive with no furloughs or redundancies.

This is because they have a very strong client base to rely on and people are treated with respect, recognition, and autonomy todo their job, whilst being well financially rewarded too

Applicants of all experience levels will be considered,with salaries dependant on experience from £30k to £50k.

What experience you'll need:

Previous experience as Project Manager, Digital Producer or Account Manager with hands on experience of website development projects.
Preferrably experience in an agency or software house opposed to "in house" or "client side".
Interest or experience in eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or Big Commerce for example.
Comfortable in a fast paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will be ambitious and driven, and a passionate about a career within a great digital agency who are really going places.
As a communicative and confident stakeholder manager, you'll utilise your previous experience to keep everyone informed along the way, obtaining buyin and sign off for briefs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
Comfortable with excel and different software systems and tools.
You will be passionate about the digital world and understand the full development lifecycle.
Naturally you'll be extremely organised, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
