These tools are delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and deliver rapid improvements to manufacturing KPIs such as labor productivity, product quality, production costs and delivery lead-times.

    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for a multifaceted HR Partner for our UK team.

    What will you be doing?

    Human Resources Functions :

    • Payroll processing: manage end-to-end payroll processes for UK employees, including but not limited to: calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements related to payroll, resolving payroll discrepancies and answering payroll-related inquiries from employees.
    • HR Compliance: stay up-to-date on UK employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices align with legal requirements.
    • HR Administration: process employee related changes including promotions, salary changes, disciplinary actions, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation of employee contracts and data within the HRIS system.
    • Employee relations: provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
    • Lead onboarding of new staff including communication of company policies, benefits, facilities and equipment
    • Lead offboarding of staff including processing termination in HRIS system, co-ordinating exit interviews, reporting back on key data and findings
    • Support global HR programs and processes including: new hire survey analysis and reporting, annual employee engagement survey, annual performance and compensation review process, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and other employee engagement initiatives.
    • Compile and analyse key HR data and make recommendations for improvements.

    Administrative Functions :

    • Managing relationships, agreements and processes with outside service providers (managing phone plans and adding/deleting/modifying lines with carrier)
    • Ordering & delivering all office supplies including refreshment, grocery and kitchen supplies
    • Planning, budgeting and communicating welfare and social activities and events for employees.
    • Ensuring compliance with company work, health and safety policies

    What you bring:

    • 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree in HR highly preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment by demonstrating quick, thoughtful execution.
    • Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
    • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (Rippling highly preferred)
