Are you a Senior macOS IT Support analyst with strong in-depth hands-on Jamf Pro skills and experience?

Are you a proactive individual who can work on your own initiative?

Are you passionate about macOS and tech?

We're looking for a Senior macOS IT Support analyst to work with the Global IT Manager, IT Manager, Head of IT and Junior IT Support person to proactively support the day-to-day IT functions of a busy creative agency.

Strong Mac and broad technology skillswill be used to ensure the delivery of efficient IT systems and services to an office of circa 150 staff.

What does the role involve?

Providing technical support directly to the London team on a daytoday basis.
Joiners/Leavers/Changes and inventory system.
Senior support person in IT Helpdesk function.
Management of VOIP and mobile telephony.
Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect support for London and other global offices.
Okta administration
Google Workspace administration
Oversight of technical aspects of creative delivery, including escalated support for Adobe Creative Suite
Assisting the IT manager and Head of IT on global projects.

- £37-40K per annum
