    Hours: Mon Friday 9am 6 pm

    Overview

    TheFacilities Coordinator holds daytoday operational responsibilityfor the delivery of facilities services across the client floors. Akey focus for this role is to ensure that all services aredelivered confidently and efficiently. The individual will ensurethe client space operates as smoothly as possible so the clientsemployees are not distracted from their work by having to deal withpremises and buildingrelated issues. The role is key to ensuringthe standards are met and kept throughout thefloors.

    Responsibilities

    Ensuringall floor checklists are completed daily and reporting back issuesfor other service lines.

    Oversee the setup ofoffice areas and agile working areas this includes moving furnitureas well as furniture builds.

    Responsible for allmeeting room and furniture resets.

    Support thedelivery of key events across the clientsite.

    Responsible for carrying out assignedHelpdesk tickets and updating the system asappropriate.

    Carry out auditing of key areasthroughout the building and reporting issues back to the Helpdeskteam.

    Replenishing of stock throughout the space(paper stationary).

    Active management of communalfloor areas including home zones and engaging the relevant teams asappropriate.

    Management of postroom anddistribution of post.

    Work closely with allService Provider teams to ensure a swift response to all servicerequests.

    Ensuring H&S compliancethroughout the floors including clear fire exits andwalkways.

    Promote and share best practicesbetween clients and Service Providers.

    Operate aspart of the One Team culture across all supplierinteractions.

    Operate in a proactive manner thatsupports the Space service team to anticipate customer needs andaffect a cando attitude.

    Maintain and promotestrong customer relationships with all key stakeholders to ensuretotal alignment of the servicesprovided.

    Experience& Qualifications
