    About the School
    The Governors of Rice Lane Primary School and Nursery are seeking to appoint one permanent class teacher to join our friendly and supportive school team. We are a happy, nurturing and ambitious 3 form entry primary school and nursery. We have 660 children on roll and we have 2 SEND enhanced provisions within our school. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety, and the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of children and young people in our care.     About the Role
    We are looking for an energetic, highly-motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our fantastic teaching team. The successful candidate will have high expectations of children and themselves. They will be committed to helping pupils become confident, happy learners and establish and sustain a safe and stimulating environment where children feel confident and are able to learn and develop. Personal Qualities
    We are looking for teachers who have:
    • A passion for learning and helping children reach their potential in all areas of the curriculum
    • A range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies which reflects an understanding of different pupil needs.
    • Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
    • The ability to analyse and interpret pupil data and tracking to apply findings to future learning needs.
