• PE backed DaaS/SaaS business leading ops diagnostic, TOM and VCP designWorking directly with the PE fund to perform an operational diagnostic and evaluation of transformation activity for a fast growing buy & build SaaS/DaaS business.

You'll be between UK and Western Europe locations, working closely with the portco leadership team to identify operational capabilities/gaps, build a report and follow up with a plan for a new TOM and design transformation/value creation plan (with support of the fund's portfolio operations team).


It's important you have:
A background operating in mid-large cap PE backed SaaS/DaaS type businessesExtensive experience operating at CX/board levelExperienced in leading operational division and designing transformation plansAble to travel to areas of Western EuropeAvailable immediatelyTo apply, reach out to Jack Syred
