WHAT TO EXPECT

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Develop a business aligned vision for technical delivery of simulation technology.
  • Technical leadership to drive function, quality, cost or timing improvements on programmes.
  • Establish and deploy best technical practice. Knowledge transfer in terms of formal training, and mentoring. Champion TAS modules in the specialism and create new modules
  • Thorough understanding of both internal and external customer attribute and technology requirements.
  • Development of process and reports to ensure consistent and robust delivery of their technology or attribute.
  • Expected to teach, mentor and present internally and at world class conference.
  • Assist when necessary, with the operation of new facilities and development of associated staff during this period

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Indepth knowledge and technical expertise in specialist technologies, complex systems and tools and processes.
  • Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and manufacturing systems and tools.
  • Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders.
