- Secure and set up meetings for us, with potential clients.
- Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
- Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
- Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
- Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their recruitment processes.
- Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a tech recruitment domain.
- 5 years + experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Knowledge of the software engineering industry (desirable but not essential).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
