The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and have responsibilities for the end to end recruitment process.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Secure and set up meetings for us, with potential clients.
    • Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the team.
    • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
    • Conduct Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities.
    • Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities.
    • Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
    • Work closely with the team to identify potential prospects.
    • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
    • Manage multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
    • Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their recruitment processes.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a tech recruitment domain.
    • 5 years + experience in a similar recruitment role.
    • Knowledge of the software engineering industry (desirable but not essential).
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
    • Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
    • Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
