Salary:70-75k plus 20% bonus and car allowance.

We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager with excellent skills in site management and residential projects to join our team in Dover. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will be required to manage and lead a team of site workers, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion

Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Manage and lead a team of site workers

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Manage and maintain project documentation

Conduct site inspections and audits

Manage subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager

Excellent skills in site management and residential projects

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Relevant industry qualifications
