Support the UK based strategic Finance and Pricing team and on occasion the fee earning community across the business. You will be responsible for producing detailed, quality and timely data driven insight to support and improve quality decision making across the group
    Partner with Delivery to ensure proper scoping, planning and execution to meet client objectives on time and with a high standard of quality
    Ensuring framework and tools for reporting and project analytics are utilized
    Ensure the business is supported with effective reporting, advanced data analytics and predictive analysis Support day to day project reporting, data analysis, and process improvements Ensure integrity and accuracy of data and compliance to standards and practices
    ~ Commercial Analysis

    Providing commercial, financial and analytical support for the Pricing team, Head of Strategic Finance and senior management teams designed to drive the right behaviours and enhance profitability.

    Analyse and distil insight from the reporting you produce ensuring that the reports include relevant commentary and key data themes are highlighted.

    Use business and commercial knowledge to analyse information in a critical and insightful way, providing accurate and timely recommendations which will ensure the successful delivery of an initiative or project.

    Support the Pricing team in scrutinising the financial performance of Practice areas in the business through ad-hoc and regular reporting requirements.

    Providing analysis around specific client rates and liaising with the relevant teams to ensure client rates are being applied correctly and consistently.

    Excellent Excel skills with an advanced level of expertise in data interrogation, financial modelling and data visualisation in order to present findings to senior stakeholders.

    Familiarity with the challenges of managing multi-country financial reporting and systems is preferred.
    Ability to interrogate large datasets, identify trends, and craft compelling narratives from data is essential
    Synthesize complex and diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to complement data, designs workflows and procedures
    Ability to use logical sound judgment and experience to determine the appropriate course of action based on data scenario, procedures, and guidelines for a given situation
