- Diagnose, and resolve reports of technical issues with equipment all machines, both on and off site
- Paperwork, timesheets, and job cards to a high standard
- Parts efficiently and comply to all Health and Safety requirements
- Compliance with relevant procedures when inspecting and repairing equipment and maintain strong relationships with internal and external colleagues and customers
- Apprentices when required to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Within a similar position, the ability to investigate and diagnose technical problems on heavy plant machinery
- Ability to lift heavy items, and work independently
- Mechanical awareness and aptitude and customer awareness, with great customer service skills to build relationships

Our client who focuses on construction and industrial equipment are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer, based in Wrotham, Kent.
This position is field based; however, you will also be expected to provide support in the workshop. Your main focus is to provide onsite customer support to the range of machinery within the Kent area.
