    JOB TITLE : EMEA Commercial Analyst

    DEPARTMENT : Sales Operations

    LOCATION : Delta Park, Fareham

    WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office)

    What will you be doing:

    The EMEA Commercial Analyst supports Sales & Marketing functions at Global, Regional and Market level through insightful analysis & reports. This role provides high quality, meaningful commercial analysis to support commercial decision making and understand performance vs. targets.

    Essential responsibilities:

  • Deliver, and continuously improve, performance reports for the commercial organization
  • Support the commercial teams on projects or business initiatives by providing accurate reporting and insightful analysis
  • Deliver to the priorities set by the EMEA Commercial Analyst Manager
  • Support Global Key Account function with delivering reporting, analysis and actionable insights
  • Support SalesForce Effectiveness functions through customer and territory management segmentation support for countries utilising local data & insight.
  • Support delivery of sales incentive programmes
  • Support SPA (Strategic Partnership Accounts) Director through implementation of automated dashboards, providing analysis and deep-diving into insights.
  • Support process of automating reports to accelerate delivery of insights
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality and efficiency of projects completed
  • What are we looking for?

    We are looking for someone who has the ability to interpret data, provide insights across departments and utilise data systems effectively. Systems experience such as Business Objects/ COGNOS are important however you may also have experience in or Tableau which will be advantageous for the role.

    You'll be an effective communicator, be comfortable working with others and have excellent attention to detail.
