Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with classroom teachers to support the teaching and learning of Maths, English, and Visual Arts to students.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans, materials, and resources.
Provide individual and group support to students in Maths, English, and Visual Arts to help them achieve their learning goals.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and students as needed.
Help to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading, recordkeeping, and preparing materials for lessons.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Maths, English, and Visual Arts or a related field.
Previous experience working in a similar role as a teaching assistant, tutor, or mentor in Maths, English, and Visual Arts will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow as a professional.
