    Description

    Reporting to the European Fluidcare organization and located in Trafford Park, Manchester. The main role is to ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement transactions for Tier Two Fluids & Commodity Equipment Products, which involves managing the PAR & PIE processes. The Tier Two Procurement Specialist will interact regularly with suppliers and various internal business units. This position is mainly responsible for introducing and setting up Tier II products for resale.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage PAR & PIE Product Introduction Processes for Products for Resale (Tier II) in Europe.
    • Support strategies to achieve goals set by local, regional, and global Fluidcare and equipment teams.
    • Ensure correct buying prices from suppliers are maintained in JDE and ERP systems.
    • Monitor price developments and address inconsistencies, informing the Pricing Team accordingly.
    • Collaborate with other function leads to ensure effective communication and adherence to established business processes.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and improvement projects as needed.
    • Take ownership of the PAR and PIE process, ensuring timely actioning of requests meeting agreed KPI metrics.
    • Work collaboratively within the Tier Two team providing holiday cover when necessary.
    • What are we looking for? 1+ year of office administration experience with preference for procurement, sourcing, and vendor management knowledge.
