- Coach at a local U6-U8 Academy Development Centre.
- Attend all in-service training.
- Demonstrate individual personality and style as a coach, working within the clubs framework and approach.
- Minimum FA Level 3 (UEFA B) Football Qualification (We may at times look for assistant coaches with
- FA Level 2 qualifications).
- Valid First Aid & Safeguarding Children certificates.
- Working towards FA Youth Module 3/Advanced Youth Award.
- To be qualified in Emergency aid/First Aid at Work.
- Enrol as a member of the FA licensed coaches club
- Knowledge of current methods in coaching.
- Evidence of the ability to plan coaching sessions.
- Experience of coaching players from the Under 6 to Under 8 age groups.
- Availability during any (or all) of the following times: Evenings, Weekends, School Holidays.
