We are looking to recruit two experienced Band 3 Admin to our Out of Hours Nursing/Crisis response Team to job share across the seven day service.

Shifts will be , 7 days a week.

Applicants will have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams. Experience of Emis is desirable.


Applicants will be the first point of contact for patients and clinicians and will be expected to work independently using their own initiative and with mínimal direct supervision, whilst supporting the day to day operational functions of the Out Of Hours Nursing and Crisis Response integrated team.

Provide administrative and secretarial support within community nursing services.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact for patients and clinicians and will be expected to work independently using their own initiative with mínimal direct supervision.

To provide an efficient and effective typing and clerical service to support the community nursing teams. The post requires IT skills, accurate typing skills and a sound knowledge of medical terminology.


The post holder will be proficient in the use of computerised systems for booking and tracking all types of community appointments and patient records ensuring this function is coordinated and updated accurately and in a timely manner.
