    The Workforce Information Team sits within our People Systems and Resourcing Team that comprises of e-rostering/medical rota, recruitment and temporary staffing. We are a friendly, flexible and supportive team and we feel this role is great experience for anyone looking for a career in HR Information or a related field.

    This role will be based onsite at Airedale General Hospital.

    Main duties of the job

    The role will involve daily, weekly and monthly reporting to deadlines, picking up queries in relation to information, and working on updating HR Information systems. The information we work with is highly confidential, and is often reported at a National level, and therefore, excellent attention to detail, and an ability to identify issues with data quality is key to this role. Also essential are strong excel skills and a good understanding of information governance.

    JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

    Alongside the Workforce Information Analyst this role will provide and develop a quality Workforce Informatics Service to support workforce benchmarking and performance, with responsibility for providing annual, routine and ad hoc workforce information reports. Support the provision, analysis and presentation of complex workforce information.

    The post holder will utilise the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) database system working mainly with the ESR Business Intelligence reporting suite that provides detailed intelligence to all levels of the organisation.

  • Diploma/NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of knowledge or experience

  • Understanding of the NHS Constitution and its implications
  • Technical knowledge in business/administrative processes.
