Administrative Co-ordinator:Full-Time, Permanent

Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8:30-5pm Fri 8:30-3pm

Key Duties:
- Maintain administrative records for all departments and general office duties
- Meeting management including organising lunches/tea & coffee/snacks
- Responding to the window bell for visitors/enquiries/deliveries
- Ordering stationery, shopping, packaging and other miscellaneous items
- Actioning staff inductions and administering the HR system. In regards to staff contracts, training, holidays, FLT records, health and safety, sickness, appraisals, pay and all standard HR documentation including the company handbook and policies
- Testing and completing records for fire alarms and emergency lighting each week and organise fire drills and fire marshall training
- Arranging travel plans for Managing Director when required
- Project work where required
- Housekeeping (stationery room, cabinets, meeting rooms, etc)
What are we looking for?
- Someone with experience in the above duties/responsibilities
- Someone who is IT literate and worked on Microsoft Office
