    Responsibilities

    • Createand deliver engaging Physics lessons to students catering tovarying abilities and learning styles.

    • Assess and monitorstudent progress providing timely feedback and guidance to supporttheir development.
    • Foster a positive andinclusive classroom environment promoting student participation andcollaboration.
    • Utilize effective teachingstrategies resources and technology to enhance student learningexperiences.
    • Collaborate with colleagues andcontribute to departmental initiatives such as curriculum planningand assessment moderation.
    • Communicate withparents and guardians regarding student progress achievements andareas forimprovement.

    Requirements

    • ABachelors degree in Physics or a related field along with arecognized teaching qualification.
    • Provenexperience teaching Physics at the primary or secondarylevel.
    • Sound knowledge of the nationalcurriculum and assessment frameworks.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildpositive relationships with students colleagues andparents/guardians.
    • Innovative and creativeapproach to teaching incorporating a variety of teaching methodsand resources.
    • Ability to differentiateinstruction to meet the diverse needs ofstudents.
    • Excellent organizational skills withthe ability to effectively manage time andresources.
    • Uptodate knowledge of pedagogicalpractices and a commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment.
