You will be in charge of ensuring that services are safe, legal, and of the highest caliber, as well as the quality and compliance of those services. - Significant operational management expertise; ideally as a Registered Manager; understanding of the legal environment and CQC core requirements.
- The ability to write policies and offer training or workshops on quality standards are desirable.
- Check the quality of reviews and support plans using the QAF.
- Conduct quality and compliance inspections and visits in accordance with the QAF, including mock inspections.
