    Overview:

    Paretois looking to employ an experienced Facilities Manager to manageone of our key accounts. The successful candidate will be able todemonstrate exceptional experience in people management processimplementation and ownership of daytoday operations. We are lookingfor an exceptional communicator that will be able to manage anintegrated service team and multiple stakeholders whilst alwaysmaintaining the highest levels of service. We need someone that isambitious selfdriven professional and the hardest worker in theroom. This role will be based on a large site across four floorsworking with one of our top clients and will report into ourcentral Account Management team. There is no remoteworking available with thisrole.

    Keyresponsibilities:

    • Ownership of daytoday operations.
    • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery ofhard services soft services and inhouse events.
    • Development & coordination of an onsite team offour in the above areas.
    • Weekly operational briefings with the clientrepresentatives to explain the operational challenges andopportunities across the site.
    • Completion of quarterly management reports that cover allservices across the site.
    • Reviewing &leading implementation of standard operating procedures for allbase functions PPMs and reactive works that are required.
    • Completion of allcompliance related tasks for the inhouse team including onboardingnew hires overtime approvals holiday approvals employee appraisalsteam development salary reviews and disciplinary procedures fordirect reports.
    • Ensuring that all deliverableservices are covered in the event of team sickness oremergency.
    • Managesubcontractors effectively ensuring they are operating in line withclient specifications and delivering value for money.
    • Responsible for overall delivery of all statutoryrequirements for the site.
    • Ownership of small and medium sized projects forclients.
    • Supporting the client with theirrelationship with the building management team.
    • Supporting the Health & Safety Manager indeveloping and delivering a robust health & safetymanagement system both for the client and for the internalteam.

    EssentialCriteria:

    • Suitablerecent and relevant FM experience (ideally 3 years).
    • A thorough understanding of M&E service deliveryor a technical background is essential.
    • Strongknowledge of FM service delivery across all serviceslines.
    • Excellent planningand organisational skills.
    • Excellent verbal written communication and presentationskills.
    • Strong ITskills.
    • Ability to manageyour own workload and work on your own initiative.
    • Ability to effectively manage workload & delegatework where necessary to directreports.
    • Ability to workin and adapt to a rapidly changingenvironment.
    • Comfortablechallenging poor standards or behaviour and developing a changemanagement plan as necessary.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with other stakeholders tocomplete tasks and implement processimprovements.

    Desired:

    • AIWFM qualification (or similar) level 4 orabove.
    • IOSH Level 3 ManagingSafely.
    • Experience working as a 3rd partyservice provider to clients.
