Interim Derivatices Negotiator - Remote Working


Our client, an incredibly well regarded London City Law Firm, is looking to secure a Derivatives Negotiator to work on a secondment with one of their key clients.


The role would involve working in partnership with the esteemed international law firm to provide financial documentation negotiation services to the Transactional Legal Department of a Global Financial Services Group/Investment Bank.

The financial documents you would be dealing with would include:

  • International Swaps and Derivatives Association Agreements (ISDA)
  • Credit Support Annexes (CSA),
  • Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA)
  • Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA),
  • Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements (CDEA), and Master Regulatory Reporting Agreements (MRRA)

The daily tasks include:

  • Preparing first drafts based on stakeholder instructions, reviewing client templates and comments
  • Reaching out to the bank's various stakeholders to discuss proposed terms
  • Corresponding with the bank's clients directly to negotiate the terms of these agreements
This role would invlove working closely with the Ivestment Banks US team and thus working hours would be 1pm-9pm. This assignment can be completed entirely remotely.
