    The Role

    This is a once-in-a-career opportunity for an exceptional commercial marketing leader to join our business and lead and execute our B2C and B2B customer acquisition strategy.

    You will initially be working as the sole dedicated Marketing resource, supported by our various agencies, but will build a talented and cross functional marketing team, with a focus on delivering the overall digital, lead generation and integrated- channel strategy to drive the business forward to achieve its growth targets.

    You will be a hands-on leader understanding and delivery digital marketing, offline and campaign performance.

    The successful candidate should have experience of both managing agencies to optimise performance and leading a team in a high growth business with:

    • A track record of driving customer acquisition and optimising ROI through digital and social media.
    • A commercial approach to marketing and driving tangible results.
    • Excellent knowledge of GA4
    • Excellent knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, loyalty campaigns.
    • Experience of working in a high growth, fast paced business.
    • Ability to manage and achieve return on investment on marketing budgets.
    • Extensive experience in ecommerce and website projects
    • You will manage our relationships with some of our existing Marketing and Creative agencies whilst sourcing new partnerships.
    • Delivery of Joint venture marketing and social campaigns with partners
    • You will report directly to the CEO in addition to working closely with the VP Sales and provide reporting and senior level insights.
    • You will set the strategy and execute and build a team to deliver.
    • You will have experience either in Marketplace businesses, Construction or comparable B2C/B2B companies.
