Description
Are you someone that people in your community come to for help and advice?

Do you find yourself helping friends and family with their phone and with tech?

As one of two Digital Coaches, you will help to ensure no one is left behind as we introduce new digital NHS services.

You will be part of a small Digital Inclusion Team, working across different NHS and community sites in City and Hackney.

You will receive training and support in the role, so don't worry if you don't feel like you meet all the points below.

The most important thing is that you are a people person - someone who is approachable and supportive, with an interest in digital tools and the motivation to help shape this new Digital Inclusion Team.

Interviews scheduled for 14th March 2024

The role has four main parts:

Digital inclusion training:

promoting the importance of digital inclusion with NHS staff and partner organisations, including through co-designing and co-delivering training on digital inclusion, and helping to coordinate a network of digital health champions.

Resident involvement:

supporting work to involve residents in design and decision-making around digital services in the NHS, by co-facilitating community conversations and a new resident participation forum.

Learning and collaboration:

collecting and collating feedback from residents and staff, making connections with other teams and organisations, sharing insights and ideas, and helping to improve the way we support digital inclusion in City and Hackney.
