    Personal Injury Solicitor - Catastrophic Injury

    SALARY:

    • The designated Personal Injury Solicitor will focus solely on Catastrophic Injury cases, aiding the team with a diverse workload primarily centred around brain injury claims, alongside spinal cord and amputation cases.
    • Responsibilities of the position involve compiling and drafting witness statements, reviewing medical records, providing instructions to Counsel and experts, and attending Court hearings.
    • Applications are opened to Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE and experience assisting on catastrophic injury cases.
    • Strong communication and client care skills are imperative for success in this position, alongside a willingness and ability to set a positive example and share knowledge within the broader department.
