Service Manager Income Services | FULL TIME 37 HOURS PER WEEK | PERMANENT | £38,728 Per Annum

Connect is excited to be looking for a Service Manager for Income Services.

It's a great opportunity to lead a successful and motivated team of experienced Rent Accounting Officers and the Money Matters team.

Connect are looking for someone experienced in Income collection and a clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service. To thrive in this role, you will be confident in handling large volumes of data, with speed and accuracy.

You will love leading a team, setting strategic direction, measuring performance and responding in an appropriate and timely manner when things don't go quite according to plan.
