    Enterprise Account Executive - New Business

    EMEA Focus - Travel across region expected

    £90K-£110K + double OTE

    With global offices and a headcount of 200+, there modular, human centric based solutions are tackling some of the significant challenges faced by corporates in supporting its employees.

    Joining us means becoming part of a vibrant team with a strong ethos and ambitious goals. With recent PE investment and a proven track record with 400 active customers in the mid market space; with the rapid product evolution, they are not ready to tackle the corporate / enterprise space.

    There is real opportunity to not only make a positive impact in delivering solutions that make a meaningful difference in work place safety and wellbeing, but also to general significant contracts in the region of £100K- £300K ARR.

    This Role:

    As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Identifying target accounts and prospects within your assigned territory.
    • Executing successful sales campaigns that drive business growth for our company.
    • Delivering compelling executive presentations to showcase our unique value proposition.
    • Leveraging our extensive tech stack to cultivate your own pipeline of opportunities.
    • Collaborating with various teams to support the closure of new business.

    What we need:

    • Experience selling subscription-based SaaS products with a focus on new business acquisition.
    • Confidence in presenting and selling to senior executives. Strong business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivation, independence, and a passion for learning.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate the value of the product.
    • Proven experience being able to present highly technical presentations and demo a SaaS product.

    There is a strong sales engine, processes and support for this role, however they want and need someone who can be very self sufficient from new business prospecting, to developing collateral, to managing long sales lifecycles (likely 6-12 months) from beginning to end.

    Once landed they will also be looking for the individual to have to abilities to land and expand over the first 12 months of the relationship.
