    TrialView is seeking a Senior React Developer with exceptional UI/UX skills to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting beautiful and efficient applications, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience, and actively contributing to their understanding of the business requirements that drive their projects.

    What you'll do:

    • Develop and maintain sophisticated web applications using , ensuring seamless integration with TrialView backend systems.
    • Lead UI/UX design efforts to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that deliver a consistent experience across all platforms.
    • Advocate for and implement unit tests and front-end tests where appropriate.
    • Mentor other developers, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth within the team.
    • Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, aligning with business objectives and delivery timelines.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    What you'll need:

    • 5+ years of experience in web development, with a significant focus on and a proven track record in crafting high-quality UI/UX designs.
    • Previous experience in the legaltech industry or delivering AI-based solutions is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript) and unit testing frameworks.
    • Experience in developing products with excellent UX, demonstrating a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver great user experiences.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and technologies is highly regarded.
    • Proven leadership skills with a strong commitment to mentoring and team development, and a track record of taking responsibility for project outcomes.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Enthusiasm for embracing challenges and a pattern-driven development approach.
