SER are currently supporting a small primary school who are looking for a full-time class teacher who shares their vision and values.

We want to recruit an outstanding and passionate teacher to join the staff team in their forward-thinking school.

You will have the opportunity to work in a wonderful rural location alongside a dedicated teaching team and supportive senior leadership team.

Despite being small in size, the school are huge in ambition. They actively encourage teachers to engage in research informed practice and reflective thinking. They are part of a Federation and work collaboratively with their partner school in Sevenoaks.

As well as this, the school have forged strong links with other outstanding schools across the country and actively encourage visits to these.

The staff are their most treasured resource and they strive to ensure that they nurture talent at all levels. The school offer leadership opportunities that result in rapid career progression.

The Federation recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time to share special occasions.

Staff with children under school age will be given the day off to spend their child's birthday with them. When your child reaches school age, staff will be given time to attend school events e.g. sports day, nativities, church services.

Teachers are given two release days a term to complete medium term planning for the following term to reduce the amount of work they need to do in the school holidays, as this needs to be spent recuperating and reenergising.

This position is for a full-time teacher to start after Easter.
