DustScanAQ are pleased to offer the position of Graduate/Trainee Occupational Hygienist / Indoor Air Quality Consultant. The position is mainly desk/office based in Witney (Oxfordshire, UK), but will require regular site-based work throughout the UK.We are a small, independent, employee-owned environmental consultancy firm that specialises in dust and air quality monitoring and assessment. Employees of our business are also co-owners and eligible for equal profit shares irrespective of position.
We are currently looking for a newly qualified/early careers Occupational Hygienist / Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Consultant, to join our growing dust and air quality team at an exciting time as our client and project portfolio continues to expand.
The work will initially involve carrying out occupational aerosol (dust, fibre, VOC etc.), gas, and noise exposure monitoring assessments at a wide variety of interesting sites and preparing interpretative reports.
The role requires a mix of office and site-based work.Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full UK driving license. 1-2 years previous relevant air and/or noise monitoring experience and pre-existing BOHS membership is desirable. Applicants should have studied to A-Level or equivalent level but ideally have a relevant degree e.g. Environmental Science or Occupational Hygiene.
