- Monthly Group Management Reporting and Consolidation
- FY25 Budget
- Financial Operations, supported by a team of 2 and external accountants
- Bi-Annual calculation and recharges of Intragroup Transfer Pricing
- Reviewing deferred revenue and cash / invoicing reconciliations
- VAT & Sales Tax compliance
- Overseeing and preparing audit files
- Other ad hoc duties, as required
- 5+ years PQE
- Experience with e-commerce and VAT_Sales Tax on digital products.
- Excellent organisation and time management with strong attention to detail and can deliver to deadlines.
- Confident communicator and takes the initiative
- Ability to communicate in Dutch would be highly beneficial but not essential

Head of Finance - (12m FTC)
Simpson Judge Ltd are partnered with a leading, International software developer, who create one of the finest electronic music making tools on the commercial market – to assist in the hire of an Interim Head of Finance.
The business is backed by multiple Private Equity investors and highly profitable, selling in over 200 jurisdictions. Although founded in mainland Europe, they are operational across the globe and have recently acquired subsidiaries on their growth journey.
The role will cover at least 12-months, with a potential opportunity to go permanent. You will be number 2 to the CFO, managing the finance function. The role is all encompassing across consolidations, management reporting, FP&A, audit support and financial ops. They are also undertaking a number of finance projects including a group wide system implementation.
