**Site Manager - Social Housing Aids and Adaptations
Birmingham

Full-Time, Permanent - £45-50k**Howells Solutions are working with a social housing contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishment works for an aids and adaptations contract in Birmingham.

Scope of works will include wet room installation, extensions,installation of ramps and step rails and widening doorways.


As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales.

You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting propertiespre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.

We're looking for an established Site Manager who has previously worked as a No. 1 Site Manager for a main contractor preferable on an aids and adaptations contract.

You will be able to set up all Health and Safety documentation including RAMS and ConstructionPhase Plans and have a proven track record in leading sites teams including Assistant SM, RLO's and in-house labour.


You will also hold relevant qualifications including:

  • SMSTS
  • Current Scaffold Inspection Certificate
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
  • Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
