Purpose of the Role


Ensuring both the quality and accuracy of work completed is to the highest standards keeping our internal departments and external stakeholders appraised as required.


A confident communicator, with conviction and adept at problem solving as well as being able to develop long term relationships, both in the centre and with the wider business peer group.


Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks and duties relating to the operational requirements of Queensgate's Environmental management including drafting, production and checking documents, data and reporting portals.
  • Support with preparation/collation of documents, reports, spreadsheets, various presentations for Environmental Manager ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information and conformity with the Queensgate centre branding
  • Liaising with occupiers to maintain data on Utility usage across the whole site. Manage meter strategy for consistency and updating of sustainability platforms, reviewing opportunities to make savings and improvements.
  • Assist with training of occupiers' staffs on Environmental management best practice procedures to fulfill statutory requirements,
  • Assist with the continual improvement of ISO14001 (Environmental Management System)and BREEAM audits, maintaining the Queensgate roadmap to Zero Carbon objectives
  • Review of all shopfit out guides and updates of tenant handbooks to ensure Sustainability and CSR objectives included and communicated.
  • Maintain Certificates register of EPC's for all units target C and above.
  • Data input to a number of databases, and excel spreadsheets

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent people skills, with previous experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Polite, professional, articulate, outgoing and a confident communicator (both written and verbal).
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Interest in Environment and Sustainability, evidenced by educational courses and/or job experience
