Club House Assistant - Permanent, West Silvertown (E16)
Hours: 16 per week, 9am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday

Rate of pay:
£11.44 Per hour

Duties & Responsibilities

To be the front of house face for the Clubhouse at the weekends in the busy periods.
To check memberships on entrance of people who are using alternative access to get into the gym.
Support in managing the security of the club house, preventing nonmembers accessing the facilities.
Support in managing any daily complaints.
Ensure you are there to help with any questions at the front of the clubhouse when needed.
To maintain a friendly and professional welcome service to the residents.
To ensure that residents adhere to the rules in the spa area and make sure it's a safe place for all residents to use and enjoy.
To be the point of contact for any questions or queries from residents.
Supporting in maintaining the cleaning levels for all areas of the club house.
Support in reporting any maintenance issues.
Support with tickets when required.

Skills & Experience

Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients.
Passionate, lively, approachable and charismatic.
Good team player.
Ability to offer constructive advice to others.
Good working knowledge of health & safety.
Face to face customer services experience.
Ensure that you can enforce rules and regulations.
