Customer Support Account Manager to join the team.


Location:
Oldfield Park, Bath


Salary:
£23,000 + per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Full time, Monday - Friday

Customer Support Account Manager - The Role:
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Account Management Team. The Account Managers are responsible for Mayden's new and existing customer accounts, including many NHS services.

Mayden'sflagship patient management system, iaptus, is used by more than 200 mental health services in the UK, Australia and Canada.

You will be able to positively work with the team to assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues within iaptus.

The role involves occasional travel throughout the UK.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.


Customer Support Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent technical support for our iaptus users, full training will be provided
  • Coordinate with our product owners, systems administrators and developer teams to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve user queries and contribute to new development proposals
  • Attend conferences, working with other teams such as Marketing, to provide iaptus insight
  • Support clients to use the reports feature within iaptus and advise on filters to meet the reporting requirements

Customer Support Account Manager - You:

  • Have strong communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner and confidence in answering client calls
  • Friendly and confident, with the ability to multitask and excel in organising and prioritising your workload
  • Great at problemsolving and have a keen eye for detail
  • A conscientious team player who remains professional under pressure
  • Are happy to both self manage and work as part of a team
  • Value variety in your role, are resilient and openminded to an evolving role in a growing business

Skills and Experience:


  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Able to deliver customer support remotely and in person
  • Strong IT competency and confidence, as this role involves technically supporting our customers with our iaptus system
  • An understanding of working in an agile environment would be beneficial
