- working on a wide variety of property based litigation and dispute management matters including small claims, fast track and multi-track claims and defences on behalf of a range of clients from private individuals to businesses;exposure to a range of complex legal issues including nuisance, trespass, negligence and property damage; andresponsibility for all claim stages, from inception to conclusion, including drafting of statements of case and witness statements, negotiation, mediation and trial. The firm would like to hear from Solicitors, CILEX, or those with equivalent experience who can demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of property law and Civil Procedure as well as experience of running a case load with appropriate supervision.
