Woodlands Arch Ltd is a fast-growing property management and lettings agency based in Fulham, South West, London. We are looking for an on-site new team member to join our office as administrator. Experience in Real Estate is required with a base salary of £30,000 per annum.Administrative Staff Responsibilities:
- Looking over the daytoday operations of the administrative tasks of the company.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Working closely with the Directors to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including travels, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Administrative Staff Requirements:
- Experience of at least a year as a real estate administrative staff is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting knowledge.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and positive working attitude.
Note:
This is a paid position.
Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
