Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for fitout construction projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, architects, designers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids and proposals.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales team members to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our network.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the construction industry, with a focus on fitout projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of construction sales processes, contract negotiations, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

£100,000.00-£145,140.04 per year
